DAYTIME RADIO PRESENTER WANTED FOR WEST LONDON STATION

West London radio station ‘Westside 89.6FM’ is looking for a daytime radio presenter to host a new Urban Community show.
The show is mainly music based but deals with local community issues especially concerning the youth along with promoting local information and events.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge on and a passion for mainstream Urban and Dance music.
Experience of hosting debates and dealing with topical news stories in a live studio environment is desirable.
This is a great opportunity to get involved with a radio station that has a proven track record for developing talent that has gone on to full time employment within commercial radio.
Broadcast training will be provided.

You’ll be based in Watford, and will responsible for on air, online and marketing of the UK’s biggest radio brand in Hertfordshire

RADIO - Program Director wanted

One of Dubai’s most established and successful radio networks require a talented ‘Program Director’ to work on their English speaking stations. They are looking for an individual who has vision, clear commercial focus, strong people skills and great creative ideas to take their stations audiences and revenue to the next level.

The Package

The Role
• Produce exciting, compelling, ‘appointment to listen’ radio
• Build on existing station audiences
• Look after stations programming schedule
• Look after stations music playlist and scheduling
• Create relevant and compelling content
• Motivate and coach stations programming team
• Ongoing evaluation of new and existing programming using audience surveys and feedback.
• Monitor and review programming in order to ensure that schedules are met, guidelines are adhered to and performances are of expected standard
• Build effective relationships with sales & marketing departments
• Achieve KPI’s

• A proven track record in commercial Radio Programming
• Highly organized, driven and comfortable delegating responsibility, managing and motivating staff
