• Effective communication and coaching skills in order to help manage and develop both the on-air and wider programming talent.
• Excellent leadership and confidence.
• The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and still be obsessed with great attention to detail.
• The ability to create the very best on air and online content for our audience and clients.
• A thorough understanding of broadcasting code and the needs of this region’s audience
• The ability to forward plan and get the very most out of both local and national content.
You’ll be based in Watford, and will responsible for on air, online and marketing of the UK’s biggest radio brand in Hertfordshire
